A simple organic white bread sourdough starter. Feed twice per day when actively using, or feed once 4 hours prior to using

1To start a culture, in a masonjar add wheat and waterwheat: 100 g, water: 100 g

2Mix together until equally saturated

3To feed a start remove starter and add and mix wheat and waterstarter: 150 g, wheat: 75 g, water: 75 g
-
4At room temperature, feed ⏱️ twice daily , in a refrigerator, ⏱️ 2 days
