A simple organic white bread sourdough starter. Feed twice per day when actively using, or feed once 4 hours prior to using

    To start a culture, in a masonjar add wheat and water
    wheat: 100 g, water: 100 g

    Mix together until equally saturated
  3. 3
    To feed a start remove starter and add and mix wheat and water
    starter: 150 g, wheat: 75 g, water: 75 g
  4. 4
    At room temperature, feed ⏱️ twice daily , in a refrigerator, ⏱️ 2 days
